Flow Capital Announces Q3 2025 Annual Financial Results

Total Revenue up 38% and Recurring Free Cash Flow up 15% year-over-year

TORONTO, ON, Nov. 13, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flow Capital Corp. (TSXV:FW), a leading provider of flexible growth capital and alternative debt solutions, announces its unaudited financial and operating results for the for the three- and six-month periods ended September 30, 2025.

Performance Highlights

Three months ended September 30, 2025, compared to three months ended September 30, 2024:

  • 38% increase in total revenue to $3.4 million from $2.5 million
  • 15% increase in recurring free cash flow to $735 thousand from $637 thousand
  • 17% increase in recurring free cash flow per share to $0.0244 from $0.0208
  • $4.0 million in new investments compared to $10.3 million

Nine months ended September 30, 2025, compared to nine months ended September 30, 2024

  • 45% increase in total revenue to $9.6 million from $6.6 million
  • 85% increase in recurring free cash flow to $2.5 million from $1.3 million
  • 88% increase in recurring free cash flow per share to $0.0811 from $0.0431
  • $23.5 million in new investments compared to $25.5 million

In addition, total investments value grew 24% to $75.2 million from $60.7 million between September 30, 2025, and September 30, 2024.
