At The Lifestyle PA, Hrica’s three-month 1:1 Lifestyle Program takes a comprehensive, whole-person approach to women’s health. Unlike traditional 15-minute healthcare visits, her program provides in-depth support focused on six essential health pillars: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, mindset, and social connection.

Clients receive a 75-page Lifestyle Handbook, bi-weekly Zoom meetings, access to a Food & Activity Journal app, and three months of meal and snack ideas. A secure messaging platform allows for unlimited communication, ensuring continuous guidance and support.

Hrica emphasizes that this is not another restrictive diet plan. There’s no calorie counting or food weighing—just structured, realistic lifestyle adjustments designed for long-term success.

From Personal Struggle to Professional Mission

Hrica’s journey to founding The Lifestyle PA was deeply personal. While undergoing fertility treatments, she was told she had menopausal hormone levels, despite following a healthy diet and exercise routine.

“I felt like a completely different person—my hair was thinning, I was gaining weight despite my efforts, my sleep was terrible, and my mood was all over the place. It was an eye-opening experience,” Hrica recalls.

This experience exposed the gaps in women’s healthcare, particularly when it comes to perimenopause and midlife hormone shifts. Women are often left to navigate these changes alone, with little support or evidence-based guidance.

“As women, we spend years prioritizing our families, careers, and responsibilities, often neglecting our own health. But investing in our well-being should never be an afterthought,” she says.

Hrica’s approach is unique due to her dual expertise as a Physician Assistant and Registered Dietitian, ensuring that all guidance is science-backed and free from gimmicks.
