His career includes impactful work with the UNHCR in Geneva and nearly a decade with the Global Fund (a beneficiary of Bono's Product (RED) initiative)—humanitarian consulting work he continues to this day.
This profound sense of purpose, distance, and lived-in perspective heavily informs the sonic texture of Leave the Bones. Shifting from years of performing covers to looking inward, Bogen's music balances an unvarnished, intimate vocal delivery with open-air arrangements.
