His experience spans executive leadership roles with venture-backed and private equity-backed businesses, as well as publicly traded organizations, where he has led business development, revenue operations, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market transformation initiatives.
Barry has built and scaled high-performing commercial organizations that consistently deliver measurable results. He has led global sales teams of more than 50 professionals, helped grow multiple businesses from startup through more than $100 million in annual recurring revenue, and implemented scalable sales and operational frameworks that improved customer acquisition, forecasting accuracy, and commercial performance. His leadership has also contributed to successful acquisitions and IPOs while driving sustained revenue growth across multiple organizations.
Known for developing strong commercial leaders and performance-driven cultures, Barry has recruited, coached, and mentored sales professionals across North America and international markets. By aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and operations around disciplined processes and shared objectives, he has helped organizations build repeatable growth engines capable of scaling efficiently.
