With the addition of Speech-Language Pathologist and Lactation Consultant Caryn Singh, families in the greater Milwaukee area can now access tongue-tie treatment and specialized feeding therapy under one roof - no referrals, no runaround.

Milwaukee, WI (PRUnderground) July 6th, 2026

For families in southeastern Wisconsin, getting a tongue-tie diagnosis has never been the hard part. The hard part has always been what comes next – navigating a fragmented system of referrals, waitlists, and providers who don’t communicate with each other, all while a struggling infant or child waits. Untethered Airway Health Center in Brookfield is changing that. The practice has welcomed Caryn Singh, MS, CCC-SLP, CLC to its clinical team as an in-house feeding therapist, giving families direct access to specialized feeding and oral motor therapy alongside their airway and tongue-tie care.

Singh brings 12 years of pediatric experience to the role, with a clinical background that spans Birth to Three programs, home health, private practice, and seven years in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit working with premature and medically fragile newborns. She is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP), a Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC), and holds specialty certifications in the SOS Approach to Feeding and Beckman Oral Motor therapy. Her work addresses the full range of challenges that often travel alongside tongue tie and airway dysfunction – feeding and swallowing difficulties, oral motor delays, breastfeeding struggles, speech and language development, and social communication concerns.

“We see families every day who have already waited weeks or months to get here – the last thing they need is another referral and another wait,” said Dr. Meggie Graham, Airway Dentist at Untethered Airway Health Center Brookfield. “Caryn’s expertise in feeding therapy, oral motor function, and lactation is exactly what our patients need right alongside their airway care. Having her in-house means families get a coordinated plan from day one.”

The addition fills a gap that has long frustrated families navigating tongue-tie treatment in the region. A frenectomy procedure addresses the structural restriction – but the feeding, swallowing, and oral motor patterns that developed around that restriction often need dedicated therapeutic work before and after release. Without an integrated therapy provider, families have historically been left to coordinate that work on their own. Singh will work directly alongside the clinical team at Untethered Brookfield to provide pre- and post-procedure feeding therapy, breastfeeding support, infant feeding assessments, and oral motor intervention for infants and toddlers.

Families throughout the greater Milwaukee area – including Brookfield, Racine, Waukesha, Menomonee Falls, and surrounding communities – are encouraged to reach out to learn whether integrated feeding therapy is right for their child. New patient appointments with the Untethered Brookfield clinical team can be scheduled at untetheredairwayhealthcenter.com or by calling (414) 935-8460. The office is located at 20350 Water Tower Blvd, Suite 202, Brookfield, WI 53045.
