Allina shuts ER, urgent care at Plymouth's WestHealth campus as nurses strike

Allina Health Systems has temporarily closed its emergency department and urgent care center at its Abbott Northwestern WestHealth campus in Plymouth as nurses there began a three-day strike on Sunday.
