Two new federal lawsuits against Chauvin, Minneapolis allege ex-cop used 'signature move' before Floyd

Two new federal lawsuits filed against Derek Chauvin and the city of Minneapolis Tuesday alleged that two others were subjected to the former officer’s “signature move” years before George Floyd was killed.
