Philadelphia mass shooting: Police identify two of three killed in downtown slaughter

Two of the three people who were killed in a mass shooting in downtown Philadelphia on Saturday night were identified by police as 34-year-old Gregory Jackson and 27-year-old Alexis Quinn.
