This fund has been established to provide scholarships to deserving young men and women who intend to enter a higher education field pertaining or specific to sustainability, renewable energy, engineering, or math & sciences.
"Our objective is to provide opportunities to the community we came from. We want to see these younger generations continue to succeed and acknowledge their hard work. Hopefully, these scholarships will inspire them to find solutions that can impact the environment and their local community. This scholarship could give a student that extra push or boost in confidence to pursue higher education, hopefully in a renewable path."
-- Marco Vigil, Vigil Family Foundation Secretary and Española High School graduate
