Kruger and Lammers will lead a session titled "9 Things Every Attorney Should Know About Representing an Injured Party," scheduled for Monday, August 3 at 2:00 p.m. The session draws on their experience representing people injured in accidents across Minnesota and covers topics ranging from evaluating whether a valid claim exists to understanding the timing and process involved in resolving these cases.
