Mr. Saxena graduated at the top of his class while earning a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Pune. Instead of pursuing a traditional master's degree, he chose an applied path by earning certifications from leading technology companies including Cisco, AT&T, Lucent and Sun Microsystems. This hands-on path helped him stay ahead of evolving technologies and build practical expertise that transformed businesses early in his career.

Mr. Saxena began his career in technical and commercial roles, serving as a sales engineer at Fujitsu Network Communications and later as a regional manager at Wipro Limited. His leadership journey continued with global executive roles, including as senior vice president in HCL Technologies, president of Information Services Group, EVP and CAO at Automation Anywhere and CEO of McLaren Strategic Ventures before joining Chooch.
