FlyDragon's free AI Visibility Scorecard measured how often agents appear in AI search. For most of them, the answer was never.
MANCHESTER, NH / ACCESS Newswire / July 28, 2026 / More than 1,500 real estate agents have run FlyDragon's new AI Visibility Scorecard since its release in mid-July 2026. Fewer than one in ten appeared in AI search results for their own market.
The free tool from FlyDragon, available at scorecard.goflydragon.com, scores an agent from 0 to 100 based on how often they appear in AI search when buyers and sellers search for agents to work with. Interest from agents accelerated after real estate coach Tom Ferry shared the scorecard with his audience on Instagram.
Among the first 1,500 agents tested, 89% received a visibility score of zero.
For those agents, zero did not mean they appeared near the bottom of a list.
It meant their name was missing completely when AI was asked which local agent a buyer or seller should contact.
Most agents wouldn't know this is happening because they're not ready for this new world. People are skipping the ‘let me interview you' phone calls and letting AI do the heavy lifting before speaking with an agent.
"Agents can tell you how many leads came from Zillow, Google or a referral partner," said Tim Harvey, founder and CEO of FlyDragon. "But what they don't see, and the reason why the Visibility Scorecard exists, is the hundreds or thousands of opportunities they're missing out on in AI search... because they don't know how to look".
The results also showed that a successful real estate career does not automatically translate into AI visibility. Agents with years of experience, strong local reputations and established teams were among those who failed to appear.
AI search needs enough reliable information to trust an agent before they can send them listings. When that information is missing, unclear, or inconsistent, the agent will be ignored even when they are well known in their market.
FlyDragon created the scorecard to expose that gap while agents still have time to address it.
The company believes the remaining months of 2026 will be the difference between owning a market and never being included.
Visibility takes time to build. The longer real estate agents hesitate, the further away they are from being the agent AI will recommend in their market. The fact that only 1 in 10 agents show up at all should be uncomfortable to hear.
"By the time every agent agrees this is important, the easy window will be gone," Tim Harvey said. "The agents checking now still have time to find the gaps and fix them. The agents who wait until it's painful to finally invest in AI search will have a lot of ground to cover."
