Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC) (the “Company”), a leading civil, building and specialty construction company, announced today that its subsidiary, Perini Management Services, Inc. (“PMSI”), has been awarded a contract valued at approximately $60 million by the U.S. Coast Guard (“USCG”) using the accelerated design-build to budget project delivery method for the construction of several facilities and structures at USCG Station St. Petersburg, Florida.

The project spans two areas of work on the south and north sides of the station. The south project (Recapitalize South Moorings) involves constructing five berthing positions to support homeporting of fast response cutters and waterway commerce cutters; upgrading the aid-to-navigation buoy yard; and demolishing several existing facilities. The north project (Station Rebuild) involves demolishing several buildings and structures damaged by Hurricane Helene and constructing a multipurpose training building, watch stander berthing facility, marine maintenance facility, and new single-lane boat ramp.

Design work began in late August 2026, with substantial completion anticipated in May 2028. The contract value will be included in the Company’s backlog reported for the third quarter of 2026.
