The Las Vegas-based provider’s new flat-rate agreement covers project work and fees in full, so clients pursue improvements without a new invoice each time.

Blue Paladin, a managed IT and cybersecurity provider based in Las Vegas and serving clients nationwide, announced a new all-inclusive managed services agreement that covers unlimited project labor and project fees within its flat monthly rate. Clients receive project work as part of that rate, replacing the per-project invoices most businesses expect from their IT provider.

The company calls the model true all-inclusive support: project work sits inside the agreement rather than alongside it. That addresses a common gap in the market. Many providers advertise all-inclusive support, then quote project work separately once a client needs it, and those unplanned costs push businesses to delay projects their environment actually needs.

Blue Paladin removes that friction by treating project work as part of the ongoing relationship, not a series of one-off transactions. For business owners, the effect is straightforward: when cost is no longer the reason to postpone a project, the business can act on the improvements it has been weighing.

“Unlimited project labor works like a blank check for innovation,” said Robert Davis, CEO and founder of Blue Paladin. “When leadership no longer has to weigh every project against a separate invoice, they can say yes to the work that moves the business forward. Our interests and the client’s interests point in the same direction, because a stable, modern environment is exactly what they are already paying for.”

Predictability comes with that freedom. Because project labor and fees are included, clients can plan an annual IT budget around a single recurring figure. Neither side has a financial reason to put off work that improves security, reliability, or performance.

Blue Paladin is offering the agreement to new and existing clients nationwide. Those interested can request a consultation through the company website.
