The 2024 Mayor's Business Recognition Award marks the 50th anniversary of this esteemed program, which celebrates companies that have demonstrated a deep commitment to strengthening Baltimore's economic and social fabric. In recent years, the awards have expanded to honor businesses across five categories: Economic Opportunity, Ambassador for Baltimore Region, Local Investment, Supporting Safe and Vibrant Communities, and Community Redevelopment.

The 2024 Mayor's Business Recognition Award Ceremony
The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at the Middle Branch Fitness and Wellness Center, located at 201 Reedbird Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21225. The event will begin with a reception at 11:30 a.m., followed by the awards presentation and networking opportunities. Baltimore City Mayor Brandon Scott will present the awards alongside the leadership of the BDC and GBC.
