Announcing the 2024 Annual Symposium on eCrime
WEST HAVEN, CT / ACCESSWIRE / October 31, 2024 / The Henry C. Institute of Forensic Science at the University of New Haven is pleased to announce the 2024 Annual Symposium on eCrime. The virtual event will take place on Friday, November 08, 2024, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST. Now in its third year, the Symposium features keynote speakers from around the world, with expertise in digital forensics, to discuss trending topics. This year's event will focus on topics related to mobile device investigations.
The Annual Symposium on eCrime is co-sponsored and co-hosted by world renowned forensic scientist Dr. Henry C. Lee and University of New Haven alum Robert B. Fried. Dr. Lee founded the Forensic Science program at the University of New Haven, from which Fried is a graduate, with a BS in '01 and a MS in '02. In 2021, Dr. Lee and Fried conceptualized The Annual Symposium on eCrime to bring together experts in digital forensics to advance the Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Science's mission to train professionals in law enforcement fields with the goal of making the criminal justice system more effective.
