Suncoast Charging Launches EV Charging Network

Welcoming David Patrick, Former President of eMobility at OWL Services, as Co-founder

Suncoast Charging Corporation (“Suncoast Charging” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the official launch of its first electric vehicle (“EV”) DC fast charging station in Land O’Lakes, Florida. It is officially open to the public and marks the beginning of Suncoast Charging’s network buildout planned for 2026 and beyond. This station serves up to eight vehicles simultaneously and exclusively features up to 325 kW fast chargers. This marks a major milestone in Suncoast’s strategic effort to provide reliable and high-performance EV infrastructure at premium, customer-driven destinations.

Suncoast Charging is equally excited to announce David Patrick, a well-respected leader in the electric mobility industry, as one of the two Founders of the Company. David has a proven track record in large-scale EV charging infrastructure deployment and energy projects. He is uniquely positioned to oversee and lead the growth and construction of the Company’s expanding network of charging stations. Joining this launch as Co-Founder is Wesley Sima. Mr. Sima brings complementary leadership and a shared vision for advancing clean energy technologies through his experience in finance and capital markets. Mr. Sima has grown various clean energy businesses over the past decade.

Charging Network Plans

The Company is proud to partner with local real estate development firm Center Connect Development on its first two premium fast charging stations. The first of which is located at the Hub at Bexley in Land O' Lakes, FL. The expected second charging station is to open at the Hub at Lexington Oaks in Wesley Chapel, FL during Q1 2026.

Suncoast Charging is dedicated to delivering the highest-end customer experience. It has selected these locations because of the premium amenities it will offer to the Company’s customers and EV drivers. An example of these amenities at the Hub at Bexley includes: a diverse range of 19 casual dining options and retail shops & services, weekly live music, monthly markets featuring local vendors, and movie nights in the courtyard. Each of the Hubs is well-positioned to serve the local and surrounding communities as well as interstate and highway travelers.

The Company’s charging station at the Hub at Bexley will feature eight Tesla V4 Canvas Superchargers capable of delivering up to 325 kW each, flexible payment options, the capability to charge any make or model EV, Suncoast Charging branding, and navigation through the Tesla app or other EV charging apps. All this with public access 24 hours a day.

Looking ahead, Suncoast Charging will continue building on this momentum with plans to add around 20 new stations in 2026. They will advance the vision of a regional, reliable, and connected customer-driven EV charging network.

Community & Environmental Partnership Initiative

As part of its commitment to community stewardship and sustainability, Suncoast Charging is also proud to partner with 5801 Print House, a locally owned design and print business, on custom charger print designs highlighting the local wildlife that is native to the surrounding area of each charging station. The Company is also currently working with regional environmental and preservation groups and hopes to leverage its platform as a regional charging network to promote environmental awareness across the region, preserve natural habitats, and support initiatives that protect Florida and other regional diverse ecosystems.

Milestone with Tesla’s Supercharger for Business Program

The Company’s charging station in Land O’ Lakes, FL set a precedent as the first charging station in North America to operate under Tesla’s newly launched Supercharger for Business program, further strengthening Suncoast Charging’s commitment to industry innovation.
