Its tight concrete texture provides a uniform appearance, enhances durability, and achieves a modern aesthetic, with integrated color throughout the entire unit. • Water Resistant: This masonry veneer is produced with RainBloc GP integral water repellent, which minimizes the risk of water damage. To build a moisture-resistant wall system, contractors can pair Ashton Brick with Amerimix Water Repellent Mortar.
• Easy Installation: Each unit weighs just 4 lbs. and is made with three cores to ensure simple handling and installation on the job site.
• Reduced Cost: Concrete masonry units are incredibly cost-effective materials. CMUs are resistant to fire, wind, mold, pests and water damage, reducing repair and maintenance costs over time. Masonry veneer like Ashton Brick can be particularly cost effective compared to traditional brick.
