Sundara Partners Completes Sale of Airbrasive Jet Technologies to Private Investor

Sundara Partners, LLC, a private investment firm, announced today that it has completed the sale of its portfolio company, Airbrasive Jet Technologies, a leader in the micro-abrasive blasting industry, to Airbrasive, LLC of Green Lane, PA (the “Buyer”).

Airbrasive Jet Technologies has been a leader in the micro-abrasive blasting industry for over 65 years, having first commercialized the technology in the 1950s. In recent years, the company has established a best-in-class, scalable operating platform and solidified its competitive position in the market.

The acquisition will lead to significant investment in Airbrasive’s product lines and the expansion of its manufacturing capabilities. In the second quarter of 2025, Airbrasive will relocate to a 100,000 sq. ft. Green Lane facility owned by the principal investors in the Buyer, where several other commonly owned industrial businesses are co-located.
