In the presence of Malaysia’s Ministry of Digital and His Excellency Lan Tianli, Governor of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China, TOGL Technology Sdn Bhd (TOGL) and Huawei Malaysia officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation. The two parties will jointly develop an e-commerce and customer loyalty platform integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This platform will combine TOGL’s insights into regional market needs with Huawei’s leading AI platforms and technological solutions to advance the integration and evolution of the “AI + E-Commerce + Loyalty” model.
This signing marks a significant milestone in China-Malaysia collaboration in the digital economy sector. A total of six MOUs were signed, covering key areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and higher education, signaling strong progress in technological and innovation cooperation between the two nations.
