HeartBeam (NASDAQ: BEAT) reported second-quarter 2026 financial and operational results, highlighting progress across its heart attack detection program, 12-lead ECG extended wear patch and initial commercial launch. The company completed enrollment of 134 patients in its ALIGN-ACS pilot study ahead of schedule, with full results expected to be presented at TCT 2026, and surpassed 50% enrollment in its 500-patient HEADSTART-ACS pilot study. HeartBeam also completed a working prototype of its 12-lead ECG extended wear patch, signed multiple commercial agreements across four targeted U.S. geographies, shipped its first orders and onboarded initial patients.
HeartBeam reported a second-quarter net loss of $5 million, or $0.10 per basic and diluted share, compared with a net loss of $5 million, or $0.15 per share, a year earlier. Cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash totaled $8.8 million as of June 30, 2026. The company expects full-year 2026 net operating cash outflow to be below $14 million.
